Our story

Two decades of building, one promise we don’t break.

Guetta Construction was founded by Dolev Gueta in Aliso Viejo, building on twenty years of hands-on residential experience. What started as a single trade has grown into a fifteen-person team handling kitchens, baths, whole-home renovations, detached ADUs, and outdoor living from Newport Beach up to Beverly Hills.

Our standard is simple: the home you live in after we leave should be a better home than you imagined when we started. That means daily-clean job sites, written change orders before any cost change, and one project manager you can call by name.

We work directly with homeowners, with architects, and with designers — and we’re just as comfortable on a coastal teardown as we are on a tasteful kitchen refresh.

    You get a single point of contact, a single phone number, and a single weekly walkthrough.

    No surprise invoices. If a wall opens up and we find a problem, you see options and pricing in writing first.

    In-house trades and trusted subs

    Framing, finish carpentry, tile, and trim are in-house. The specialty trades we partner with have worked with us for years.

    Permits and plan-check, handled

    We pull permits, sit through inspections, and resolve plan-check comments so you don’t have to learn the system.

The process

From first walk to final walkthrough.

Five phases, every project, every time.

  1. 01

    Discovery walk

    We meet at your home, listen, measure, and ask the questions that change a budget. No pressure, no sales pitch.

  2. 02

    Design & estimate

    Within ten business days you receive a line-item estimate, a draft schedule, and a clear scope of work — written so a non-builder can read it.

  3. 03

    Permits & pre-construction

    We pull plans through plan check, finalize selections, and lock in lead-time materials before a single wall comes down.

  4. 04

    Build

    One project manager on site, weekly walk-throughs with you, and a daily-clean policy. We protect floors, manage dust, and respect your home.

  5. 05

    Punch & handover

    Two-pass punch list, final walkthrough, full warranty, and a digital binder of every selection, finish, and serial number.
